ESDI's consultants have had extensive experience in program evaluation and program development at the national, state, and local levels for many education programs. Our consultants have a broad and extensive base of experience observing and working with local and state education agencies in their efforts to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of schools and implement reform efforts.
ESDI Professional Staff Members
Dr. Constance C. Bergquist
Five of our nine professional staff members have doctorate degrees with
Ph.D.'s in educational measurement, evaluation, research, and instructional
systems. Three of our professional staff members have specific training
and expertise in reading instruction. Dr. Bergquist, President of Evaluation
Systems Design, Inc., has extensive experience in conducting data analyses
of large databases of student achievement and other student variables.
She is proficient in using SPSS for statistical analysis and reporting,
and has taught the use of SPSS to the Sarasota School District office
staff. Our team of experts includes experience in Florida as school teachers,
principals, district staff, and state DOE consultants. All professional
staff have had experience in evaluating innovative education programs
and school improvement efforts.
