Dr. Cindy Bigbie


Dr. Bigbie received her Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University. Dr. Bigbie has been a classroom teacher and has experience conducting evaluations of programs for at-risk students and for technology programs. She has also conducted training for the Florida Department of Education Post-school Follow-up Model. She is experienced in designing and implementing educational programs in a range of areas. She assisted in data collection and analysis for a major statewide evaluation of the Florida Schoolyear 2000 technology project, and has generated two documents for statewide dissemination on successful high poverty schools. She has been the evaluator for the PAEC alternative education program, the Florida Distance Learning Projects, and the Florida Online High School. As a consultant for ESDI, Dr. Bigbie has been an essential component of the statewide evaluations of the Florida Professional Development System, the South Carolina Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration Grants, the Area Centers for Educational Enhancement, and the 6-state SERVE regional research study on Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration Grants. Dr. Bigbie will assist in the refinement of the evaluation plan, conduct onsite visits, and assist in generating the reports associated with the study.

Mrs. Richardson has conducted many evaluations and reviews of local school district programs and is a certified trainer for Facilitative Leadership. She has been a classroom teacher and is a Certified Public Manager. Mrs. Richardson will assist in the refinement of the evaluation plan, conduct onsite visits, and assist in generating the reports associated with the study.
